Cancellation Policy

Once a recharge request is successfully processed, it cannot be canceled. Mobile recharges are instant services and are immediately forwarded to the telecom operator.

Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but the recharge fails or is not completed, the transaction will be marked as failed.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are initiated immediately after confirmation of failed transactions. However, the time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Successful Transactions

Once a recharge is successfully completed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.

Incorrect Details

If a recharge is processed with incorrect mobile number or operator details entered by the user, TomMobilePay will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Stripe Payments

All payments on TomMobilePay are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via Stripe back to your original payment method.
